WASHINGTON, D.C. Congresswoman Julia Letlow released the following statement on changes made to President Trump's upcoming inauguration.

"Due to dangerously cold temperatures expected in Washington on Monday, January 20, President Trump has decided to move the inaugural ceremony inside the U.S. Capitol. This will limit in-person viewing of the swearing-in. Once we receive formal guidance on how this will impact ticket holders, we will quickly disseminate the information."

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Legislation championed by Rep. Julia Letlow to ensure retirement security for teachers, police officers, and other public servants has been signed into law. The Social Security Fairness Act would eliminate the unfair, bureaucratic Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO), which reduce earned retirement benefits for millions of public servants across the country.
