Education and Workforce Development

An educator herself, Congresswoman Letlow believes strongly in the value of providing a quality education for every child. She is a steadfast supporter of school choice, charter schools, and workforce development programs that ensure employers have access to a highly-skilled workforce.

She's also a strong supporter of the Trump Administration's efforts to remove burdensome federal mandates from the classroom and ensure that academic achievement remains the focus of education, not DEI initiatives.

Upon entering Congress, Letlow led the charge to pass the Parents Bill of Rights Act through the House and ensure that parents nationwide have a voice in their child's education.

Congresswoman Letlow frequently visits schools in Louisiana to see firsthand the progress being made to raise test scores, improve literacy rates, and prepare students for the modern economy.
