OUACHITA PARISH, La. (KTVE/KARD) — Rep. Julia Letlow has secured $6.6 million in Community Project Funding to support three major infrastructure projects across Ouachita Parish, targeting improvements to highways, storm drainage, and sewer systems in Monroe and West Monroe.
The funding, approved as part of the FY 2026 transportation bill signed into law Tuesday, includes three separate $2.2 million allocations:
