Letlow Delivers $2.2 million to Enhance Economic Development in West Feliciana Parish
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Julia Letlow has secured over $2 million in Community Project Funding to support infrastructure improvements and other revitalization efforts in the town of St. Francisville.
The Commerce Street Multimodal Revitalization Project passed as part of the FY 2026 transportation funding bill, which cleared Congress on Tuesday and was signed into law by President Trump. The funding will be used to improve walkability, pedestrian safety, and economic development along Main Street in St. Francisville.
“St. Francisville is a beautiful town with a growing tourism economy. Working with local officials, I secured this $2.2 million in funding to continue St. Francisville’s positive momentum through investments in new roadway infrastructure, sidewalks, and other pedestrian safety improvements,” said Congresswoman Julia Letlow. “I’m honored to fight for the small businesses and people at the heart of St. Francisville, and I will continue to deliver for Louisiana’s small towns in Congress.”
